From the village center of Grossarl, you cycle along the cycle path towards St. Johann.
After Grossarler Genuss you cycle upwards. You pass several houses and farms you reach the parking space of the Saukaralm. From here you cycle through the forest the most time. At the next intersection, keep in the direction towards Grosswildalm, which you reach after several serpentines.
At the Grosswildalm you taste delicacies out of their own production. The panorama on the Grosswildalm is scenic.

Author’s recommendation
A trip to the Karseggalm is a little detour, but it is worth, as the Karseggalm is the oldest hut in Grossarltal with its 400 years.

From the village center of Grossarl, you cycle to Unterberg. You cycle across the large parking from the mountain railways and take the cycle path towards St. Johann. At the bridge, cross the street and follow the cycle path to hotel Schiederhof. At the Wimmbrücke (Grossarler Genuss) you turn right to the Sonneggweg. At the parking space of the Saukaralm, you turn into the path no. 65B. After the barrier you take the forestry road in direction to Grosswildalm/Karseggalm on the left hand-side. You cycle this path until the intersection Karseggalm/Grosswildalm. You turn right to the Grosswildalm, 1,778 m.
Back on the same path. There is some traffic along the route.
